No, our cleaners come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and tools. If your property has a high ceiling you must provide a stepladder. ( Stepladder should be safe to use )

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

We do not clean windows from the outside; all windows and frames will be cleaned from the inside only. Curtains and blinds are not included in our cleaning services. Floors will be vacuumed and cleaned under furniture where accessible, but we do not move heavy items and will work around them.
